Privacy Policy — “Nous Context”

Nous Context is a personal, single-user integration. It connects exactly one WHOOP account — the account of the application’s owner — to the owner’s own private server.

• What is accessed: the owner’s WHOOP data (recovery, sleep, cycles, workouts, profile, body measurements) via the official WHOOP API, with the owner’s explicit OAuth consent.
• Where it is stored: on the owner’s private, access-controlled server. It is not published, sold, shared, or transferred to any third party.
• How it is used: solely to give the owner and the AI assistant operating under the owner’s direct control an up-to-date picture of the owner’s physical state.
• No other users: the application does not accept, collect, or process data from anyone other than its owner.
• Revocation & deletion: access can be revoked at any time in the WHOOP app; stored data is deleted on the owner’s request — which is trivially honored, since the owner and the data subject are the same person.
